Finding Us
Our office is located on Castle Boulevard, a short walk from Nottingham city centre. The building is a converted Victorian property with a blue door – look for the Lunar-Burst sign in the first-floor window.
By Train
From Nottingham Railway Station, we're approximately 15 minutes on foot. Head north along Carrington Street, continue through the city centre, and turn left onto Castle Boulevard after passing the castle grounds. Alternatively, the tram stops at the Royal Centre, which is a 10-minute walk from our office.
By Bus
Several bus routes stop on Castle Boulevard or nearby Derby Road. Routes 16, 17, and 18 all have stops within a two-minute walk of our office. Check Nottingham City Transport for current timetables.
By Car
Limited on-street parking is available on Castle Boulevard (pay and display). The nearby Castle Marina Retail Park has a car park if street parking is full. We recommend allowing extra time for parking, especially during peak hours.

Our office is on the first floor with stair access only. If you require step-free access, please let us know when booking – we can arrange to meet at an accessible location or conduct your consultation via video call.

Yes, we work by appointment only. This ensures we can give you our full attention without interruptions. You can request an appointment by emailing us with your preferred dates and times.
Absolutely. We offer video consultations for clients who prefer to meet remotely or who live outside Nottingham. The experience is the same – we can share screens, review documents together, and have a thorough discussion.
After booking, we'll send you a preparation checklist specific to your service. Generally, it helps to have recent bank statements, any pension documents you have, and a rough idea of your monthly income and expenses. Don't worry if you don't have everything – we can work with what you have.
No. We're happy to have a brief initial conversation to understand your needs and explain how we might help. This helps both of us determine whether we're a good fit before you commit to a paid service.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. We understand that things come up unexpectedly – if you give us notice, there's no charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover the reserved time.
